Make sure that when you print this map from Adobe Acrobat Reader that your Page Scaling is set to "None" in the Printing menu. If you have "Fit to page" selected, the map scale will not be correct. Here's a file that contains a page of grid plotters. There are some forward and reverse plotters on this page. Again, make sure to print this with Page Scaling set to "None". You can print these plotters on a sheet of clear overhead projector plastic paper (like this). To protect the plotter, you can put it in a self-sealing lamination pouch (like this). The size that works well is the wallet card size. You can find these at Office Depot, Office Max, or Wal-Mart. Checkpoints
