Maggie
ADOPTED!!!!
Maggie was a beautiful 5 year old Tri Color Collie that we acquired from the nice folks at Universal City Animal Shelter. Maggie is a very calm and loving girl. She has a sweet personality, gets along well with other dogs, cats and kids. We have also seen that she is very smart and learns new words quickly. Maggie is in great health and has a beautiful, shiny coat.
Maggie went to a wonderful family on a ranch. She is happy and healthy and glad that her Foster Mom Sally found her such a loving home.
Regan
ADOPTED!!!
Regan was found by Animal Control as a stray on
the streets .... very matted, starved, and covered in parasites. After some loving care he is gaining
weight and is free of the mats and bugs. Regan is what we call a ":velcro
dog" he has been abandoned and is very much in need of attention. Regan is still a puppy
at 7-10 months of age He has a fear of abandonment and will follow you
wherever you go.
Reagan (just before adoption) had a serious reaction to some wasp bites to his neck. Thanks to the wonderful volunteers at Collie Rescue San Antonio and the vets at PetsMart (where he was attending "Adoption Days") he recovered very quickly and went to his "forever home".
Reagan went to a very loving
family in North Texas who had a collie (Luke) who really needed a buddy.
Riley
Riley is a very playful and puppyish tri colored male about 2-3 years old. He was found as a stray wandering the streets. Riley was very mal-nourished and is now getting lots of good food and vitamins. He is great around other dogs, and kids but is cautious with cats. Riley is somewhat hand and foot shy; he appears to have been abused.
Riley was adopted by a wonderful couple here in San Antonio who were looking for "just the right dog".
He now spends his days in the lap of luxury and loves to splash around on the steps of the swimming pool with his new mom and dad.
