The Acting Classes at Actor’s SA focus on the fun of acting for film, theater, and commercials.
· Students learn how actors sharpen their skills. · Students are taught the technical end of the craft, such as what goes on behind the scenes. · Students are taught the importance of listening and responding in a natural, believable manner, which greatly improves communication skills. · In order to get real life audition experience, “cold reads,” are a part of the curriculum. · Improvisational techniques are practiced to help the participant unleash his or her creativity on a moment’s notice. · Scenes are recorded for reviewing and helpful suggestions are offered. · A positive atmosphere is maintained at Actor’s S.A., with an emphasis on fun and entertainment. · Absolutely no contracts are involved.
